"Platform"

The ku911 website, mobile site, and all associated digital services are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "You"

Any person who accesses the ku911 platform, creates an account, or uses its services is referred to as a "User".

"Account"

Password Protection

Keep your login details confidential and do not share them with any third party. Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify ku911 support immediately.

Account Verification

ku911 may request identity verification documents at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Account Closure & Inactivity

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. ku911 reserves the right to suspend accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — applicable for all methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security review is needed.

Important Payment Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method registered on your account.
• Transactions to or on behalf of third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious transactions, ku911 reserves the right to hold or cancel any payment.
• All transaction records are retained and may be reviewed if required.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• ku911 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and related winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• ku911 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

ku911's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to a higher tier based on your regular play. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Permitted Use

• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Maintain honest and ethical conduct in all gaming activities.
• Participate in all games in accordance with the platform's guidelines.

Prohibited Activities

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability of the platform is prohibited.
• Coordinating bets with other users or colluding is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is prohibited.
• Spreading harmful or false information about ku911 is prohibited.

Consequences of Violations

If you engage in any of the prohibited activities above, ku911 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit your balance without prior warning. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

All content on the ku911 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ku911.

No content may be published, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the explicit written permission of ku911. Viewing and reading content for personal and non-commercial purposes on a limited basis is permitted.
